Please don't answer "someone you love very much and loves you very much too". I know that is the perfect condition. But if you have to choose between the one you love very much (he loves you too but not as much as you do) and the one who loves you very much (you like him but not in love with him), which one do you choose?
To love or to be loved?
If the third and obvious choice (neither) is completely out of the question the next step into this thinking process is to imagine yourself as a lamb, and then to think of yourself as a martyr.Which fits you best?To forever follow without true love is a sad choice, but is it harder to imagine learning to love? I'd choose the latter.
Reply:is it possible that you will learn to love the one that loves you? Time can make many changes, and if you are with someone you might fall in love with him after you realize that he is great in many things and he would always be there for you. Who knows?
So, you are the only one who really knows yourself; are you the type of person that can learn to love someone, or if you have decided that this is not it then it will never be it
Reply:Wow.. though one.. Well, if you love someone, that dosent love you back, you'd most likely always feel that gap and need for someone to feel affection towards you... that might result in you cheating, as if you arent loved back, you seek it from somewhere alse. The second one, is basicaly the same.. someone loves you, but you only like them, you only feel ok with them.. in my opinion, you'd rather spend time with someone you love than someone you like.. so you'd probably end up cheating there too... but then again, if you love someone and they dont love you back, you'd have a less chance of braking their heart if you indeed decided to go and find someone that loves you just as much as you love them.. So me personaly, i'd go with number one, as i'd try to put someone alses feelings before mine.
Reply:I prefer both cause i want to be in love and show someone love cause not everyone have the feeling of love.
Reply:It kinda seems to me that it would be dishonest to be with the second person.
I could never do it...(at least i don't think i could) i would rather suffer myself then to hurt another.
Reply:Neither. When the love is unequal, it's never gonna last.
Reply:I'd stick with the first one, my friend is going through the same thing!
Reply:im sorry to go against what you said, but itjust wouldnt work if only one of you truly loves the other
Reply:I AM JUST GETTING OUT OF SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND I CHOSES TO LOVE AND I KNOW HE LOVES ME TOO BUT I ALSO KNOW NOT AS MUCH AS I LOVE HIM, I ALWAYS GAVE MY ALL BUT WAS NEVER HAPPY BECAUSE I ALWAYS KNEW HE WAS ALWAYS HOLDING BACK BUT I ALWAYS THOUGH THAT BY ME SHOWING HIM HOW MUCH I LOVE HIM EVENTULY HE WOULD GIVE ME HIS ALL AND NOW 5YRS LATER IAM MOVING OUT OF OUR APARTMENT BECAUSE I TRIED SO MUCH FOR HIM TO LOVE ME MORE THAT I AM NOT IN LOVE ANYMORE AND SOMETIMES I THINK HES NEVER BEEN IN LOVE WITH ME, I LOVE HIM AND I KNOW HE LOVES ME BUT WERE NOT IN LOVE. AFTER GOING THOUGH THIS I WANT IT TO BE LOVED JUST AS MUCH AS I LOVE, BUT IF I HAD TO CHOOSE I WOULD CHOOSE TO BE LOVED YOU HURT LESS.
Reply:I think you should choose the one that loves you .
