True love?

I'm in a relationship with a wounderful guy that I love more than anything. I'm so madly deeply in love with him and we've been together for so long and I just love more and more. But the thing that makes me feel kind of guilty is that I still remember my first "true" love at times. I've dreamed that I talk to him and the other day. I was trying to say somebody else's name and said his accidentally. He was very special to me but I've moved on and I'm with somebody I want to spend forever with and so happy and in love. Why I'm I still remembering about him? I want to be 100% percent faithful to my man including mentally. Because he deserves it and I know he's the love of my life. But can you really have more than one true love?

True love?
You can only have one true love my dear. But the first true love, will stay with you forever, I will tell you that now. Yeah it sucks, because you try so hard to forget about them, but you really can't. I doubt that by doing that you are being unfaithful to your current boyfriend. Just think of it this way, if your first love comes back to you, and makes a move on you, would you let it happen? Imagine yourself in that position, would you possibly kiss him again? If your answer is yes, that would mean that, you are obviously not faithful to your current boyfriend, and you have not in love with two guys, you are intensely "attracted" only. But if you are so sure, that you would never ever cheat on your current bf, for your first love, than you have nothing to worry about. After all your first love is your first memories of love, its hard to ever forget that person, it doesnt have to be a wrong feeling, more like a reminiscense of the past. Just keep your current love close, and passionate

Reply:If you had a "true" love, won't you be with him now? How can the other guy be so true if it's over and you're both with other people?? He wasn't your true love- if so, he'd be with you now. So it's possible that the guy you're with now is your true love, unless you break up.
Reply:Hunny, your always going to remember your first love always no matter what, thinking about him and having the random dream that you spoke to him is not cheating on your boyfriend at all! I will always always remember my first love I won't ever forget him and I think about him every now and then and I've even had dreams about him! That's normal, it would be abnormal to forget something like that. No sweat the small stuff girl!

Reply:I think all you had was a random dream of the past. You just dreamed about him does not mean you intentionally think about him now. I would not worry about anything. You clearly stated your over him. To answer your question specifically I don't think you can have more then one TRUE love. You can have many loves throughout your life but there is only one TRUE one, which seems to be you current commitment. I think you had a Dream about your past love because your mind is sub-conciously referncing a specific past experience and feelings of Love to how you feel Love now.
