Godly Love vs Worldly Love?

As a CHRISTIAN do you think there is a difference between GODLY LOVE vs the WORLDLY LOVE?





If so.....what is the difference and why aren't we using it on each other but loving each other with WORLDLY LOVE instead?





Is it because we can't receive GOD's love and love ourselves????

Godly Love vs Worldly Love?
I don't classify myself w/ titles but I do know that God is pure love...he will love you and help you even when you have hurt him but people now...they will try to cut you deeper than you have cut them and use words that they know will pierce your heart...so what you think? Who's love would you prefer?
Reply:My friend, Godly love and worldly love is from God in spite of some unbelievers lack of knowledge that it is a commandment of God.


The only difference is that Godly love endures unto the end but worldly love fluctuates, sometimes you love and sometimes you hate and also will wax cold as the bible says due to iniquity - Matthew 24:12-13
Reply:You live in a fantasy world where anything can exist if you want it badly enough including "God's love".
Reply:DEFinitely. Humans cant compare with Gods love!
Reply:there is a difference but at times it is hard to differenciate.


Godly sorrow leads to repentance, where as worldly sorrow leads to death, at the same time sometimes worldly love leads to death and at times to life(not eternal)but godly love will always lead to life.
